SETTING THE MOOD
Often, on these last minute.com jobs, you are at the mercy of the elements, and on this day the wind was BLOWING. So, we found a fairly quite stretch of road that would compliment the TT bike, and got to work.
Getting into the correct frame of mind, for both athlete and photographer, are essential.
GETTING INTO THE SWING
On almost all my photo-shoots, it is more often than not towards the second half – or end – of the session that we manage to capture the essence of what we set out to accomplish.
SHOOTING THE BREEZE
Making the person you are photographing feel comfortable in front of the camera – i.e. building rapport with them – is an aspect that will take anyone’s people imagery to a new level. A rare, unguarded moment between takes on set.
